The Barcelona Cultural & Exhibition Center [BCEC] development strategically occupies an underutilized 30 acre site within the Diagonal Mar district. Restructuring the site from a blank beach site, the design concept for BCEC solidifies a 24-hour multi-faceted campus with a variety of theatrical and cultural arts spaces.
